How can you break down technological and cultural barriers to deliver meaningful learning experiences in a post-Covid world and meet the needs of a hybrid workforce?

Join your peers for an interactive virtual roundtable to share your experiences, successes, and roadblocks in adapting your learning strategy for today’s workplace. We’ll explore:

  • How has your learning strategy changed since the start of the pandemic?
  • What have been the greatest barriers to providing effective learning experiences over the past 12-18 months? How have you attempted to overcome these barriers?
  • What do you imagine your organization’s learning strategy will look like at the end of 2022? How will it be different from today?
  • What have been your biggest successes in delivering meaningful learning experiences to a hybrid workforce?

Learning strategies have undergone rapid transformation following the pandemic and continue to do so as we begin implementing new workplace models. Many organizations quickly pivoted to virtual learning, but this exposed some limitations on effectiveness and outcomes. The challenge has been to successfully create fluid learning strategies – knowing that a technique that works for face-to-face training won’t necessarily work for remote or hybrid.

Join this virtual roundtable and our expert moderator Chuck Heaton – CHRO at Camin Cargo and Bernie Saboe – Director of Performance Solutions at Raytheon Professional Services.
