The events of the last year have brought about enormous changes to how we work, how we do business and how we view our relationship with our employer. We have seen our customers change their habits, our marketplaces disrupted by new entrants and practices; we’ve been forced to review our products and services, to question our core purpose. It’s drawn defining line between how we led, how we learnt and what it took to succeed pre-Covid, and what it will take to thrive post-Covid. Our world has changed, and we must change with it. L&D will have a key role in this new environment. By using learning to reconnect and reengage our people, to involve them in co-creating a new relationship between learning and work, Learning professionals can play an essential role in upskilling and cross-skilling employees to meet the challenges that lie ahead.

Join this roundtable for the opportunity to discuss with industry experts and practitioners:

  • How can learning move from providing tactical fixes to driving strategic success?
  • How can digital learning create the experiences that drive connection and shared purpose
  • What has the last year taught us about the areas we need to upskill and cross-skill our people in?
  • What role can learning play in creating the psychological safety in which our people can thrive?
  • What lessons can ‘hybrid’ working take from our experiences of ‘hybrid learning’?
  • How can we harness the potential of digital’s connectivity to make our business more diverse and inclusive?

This roundtable will take place on Thursday 17th June at 3pm BST / 10am ET.
