As Corporate Vice President, Global People, Jez leads a broad global team and oversees a number of key areas of the business. This includes overseeing the People teams and practices for 84 Markets in Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. He leads Center HR, supporting Globalized functions as well as market resources for the US business. In addition, Jez leads the Global Safety, Security & Intelligence team, the Workplace Solutions team and the Global Reputation & Engagement team. Prior to his time in the US, Jez was the Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer for McDonald’s UK and Northern Europe.
