Across the past couple of years, worldwide employees have reshaped their priorities and identities after gaining new perspective surrounding work and life after the pandemic. Employees are drawing clearer lines between what is important and what is not. But the question for employers is: What do they consider important and what motivates them?

According to the most recent 2020 Work Trend Index report, created by Microsoft, 56% of UK employees are more likely to prioritise health and wellbeing over work than before the pandemic. This is only one part of the “worth it” equation, but a fundamental piece to consider. Relying on valuable data you can learn what motivates various teams, when are productivity levels higher, and what influences employee engagement. Not only can technology and data help you better understand your employees, but it also allows for a valuable feedback loop that may not have been there previously.

In this webinar we will explore all the various areas where data can help you to strengthen your employee relationships, improve retention, and grow your people strategy impact.

Join this exclusive HRD Connect webinar in collaboration with Microsoft as we:

  • Discuss how data can help you better understand what motivates your teams
  • Explore how you can use data to enable your employee planning
  • Go over some key ideas and findings from the Microsoft 2020 Work Trend Index report
  • Delve into how data is a key enabler for your decision-making process
