Join us for Support and Care During Uncertain Economic Outlooks led by Britvic and Bank of Ireland on 28 February, 2023 for a free interactive session exploring how organisations can support their employees during the rising of inflation and a potential recession closing out 2022.

What will we discuss?

With the realities of rising inflation and a potential recession closing out 2022, employees will be turning to their organisations for increased support as they look ahead into 2023 – both financially and mentally. What role should employers take during this time in their employees’ lives? How can they care for their people when keeping up with inflation isn’t possible? How can organisations take themselves out of the salary race and continue to differentiate in other ways?
Grounded in current events, the subject of this panel will continue to be shaped by the changing state of play over the next few months. Audience questions will be welcomed – don’t miss your opportunity to ask about the challenges most pertinent to you and your business.
