Employers could be forced to publicise their ethnicity pay gap figures

It has been announced that companies on a global scale could potentially be forced to share the ethnicity pay gap, to aid ethnic minorities at work.

This was suggested, as last year an audit showed that there was a significant difference in promotion opportunities and pay among different ethnic minority groups.
