Wendy Murphy, Senior HR Director at LinkedIn, exclusively speaks with us in a video interview about talent strategies at LinkedIn, business expansion and why companies need to use their data more effectively.

We also spoke with Jane Gould, Head of HR at Cats Protection, which is the oldest feline welfare charity in the UK dating back to the 1920s. We were curious to know whether the emphasis on wellbeing among their staff equated to the care they show their cats.
