Martin Shuker, Managing Director Western Europe, KFC spoke at the recent HRD Summit. Martin shared the transformational journey that KFC has been on over the last few years, which has been solely based on the behaviour traits and patterns throughout the global workforce. Martin spoke about how much emphasis there is at KFC around training and developing employees, and how important it is to empower your people allowing them to become great leaders.
