At Friday’s Stonewall Workplace Conference 2018 (27th April), we spoke with keynote speaker, Dawn Butler, MP Shadow Secretary of State for Women & Equalities, Labour Party. Dawn discussed the importance of equality in workplaces, calling out discrimination and why diversity and inclusion shouldn’t be a challenge to employers. We also spoke with Peter Holmes, Commercial Director at Stonewall who identified which organisations are progressing with trans-inclusion as well as overall LGBTQ+ equality across companies.

Workplace stress is becoming increasingly commonplace, yet many businesses are failing to address it. Not only does stress have a damaging impact on productivity at work, it can also have a detrimental effect on individuals’ health and wellbeing. We delve deeper into the facts.
