Sir Clive Woodward speaks exclusively about creating winning cultures in business. Woodward led the England rugby team to World Cup victory back in 2003. He also helped Team GB bring home 65 medals and finish third in the Olympic Medal Table in his role as Team GB Director of Sport for London 2012. Read his exclusive interview below.

In 2017 Becky Thoseby became the first senior wellbeing member of staff at The Department of Transport (DfT), in hindsight senior wellbeing positions are a relatively new role within HR. Thoseby, who is now Group Head of Wellbeing at The Department for Transport spoke exclusively about the shift undertaken within HR towards greater wellbeing and why it should never be overlooked.
