What does true inclusion mean?

David Pearson is the Director of Global Inclusion and Diversity at KPMG, he also leads the firm’s LGBT network, Breathe, on a voluntary basis. David spoke with HRD Connect about the real meaning of true inclusion for all. Read David’s interview below.

“We’ve already run a number of events this year around greater LGBT inclusion. One of those is our Pronoun Day, where we focused a lot on how we can use language to create an environment that’s inclusive and supportive of good mental health and general well-being among everyone.”
