Every year in the UK, 70 million working days are lost because of poor mental health. Six in ten people say poor mental health impacts their concentration at work. What are businesses doing well to address mental health and what needs improving? Are they even talking about it? As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 (14th-20th May), we endeavour to speak to the HRD Connect community to fully understand their personal opinion about mental health in the workplace. Please take our survey to help us build an accurate picture of how companies are addressing mental health.
