Dear readers,
The Russian assault on Ukraine has created an enormous humanitarian crisis. It has roused feelings of concern, upset and the strong desire the help. But for a lot of us, we’re not sure how to.
HR plays a key role in unifying and rapidly responding to this crisis. The human resources team must now take on roles as humanitarian responders to help their people. They must contribute in multiple ways; from being a crisis responder and employee caregiver to being an effective leadership coach to help business leaders provide direction, meaning and hope to their workforce.
HRD thought leader Dave Ulrich explores this in more detail in the below article, equipped with 45 key actions for HR leaders to take away and access during this present and future crises.
