In recent weeks we’ve seen an upward trend in learning and development conversations among leaders. The question that emerges is, how has coronavirus impacted this space whilst our backs have been turned? For instance, it seems a greater emphasis is being placed on ‘social learning’, and one study even found that this approach has a 75:1 ROI ratio when compared with formal training.
