Dan Hutchinson, vice president of people analytics, Schneider Electric

Dan Hutchinson has a background spanning energy, manufacturing, retail and business process outsourcing. After graduating from university, Dan forged an early career in retail management before entering the world of HR; in the sector Dan has spearheaded major transformational programs. Now leading the global people analytics organisation in Schneider, Dan has a responsibility for driving the strategy and transformation to realise big data & advanced analytics. Additionally, Dan has a passion for talent development, driving change and bringing commercial value.

Daniel Illes, head of people, Vinted

Daniel Illes’ previous employers include Lyft, WeWork, Kirkland & Ellis, and Ropes & Gray. Currently head of people at Vinted, the world’s largest marketplace for second-hand fashion, Daniel leads a people team of around 50 who support and partner with around 900 people across Europee. Before Vinted, Daniel helped scale Drover, an online marketplace for flexible, all-in used car leases; a polyglot, Daniel has lived in Budapest, London, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Philadelphia. In his spare time, Daniel likes keeping fit and advocating for causes including D&I and LGBT+ issues.

Jane Ayaduray, director of D&I, White & Case LLP

Jane Ayaduray has extensive experience in driving gender, disability, LGBT and flexibility initiatives; setting up employee resource groups; coaching for change; innovative solutions and external relations. Jane has spoken extensively on topics such as flexible working arrangements, working cross culturally in Asia, eldercare and the aging workforce at forums including the British Council, Thunderbird Scool of Global Management, and Diversity in Asia Network. Jane is an award winning champion of disability awareness, and she was named among the top 50 Diversity professionals in industry in The Economist.

Raj Verma, chief diversity and experience officer, Sanofi

Raj Verma is a values driven and purposeful global people leader with a strategic and innovative vision that is coupled with an outcome focused attitude. Raj’s global multi-sector exposure has broadened his insight, operating across a specialist, senior and strategic HR and transformation level. With a generalist and broad technical HR experience, Raj adds value by driving and role modelling the right organisational behaviour and leadership change in the most commercial, inclusive and engaging way. Raj focuses on the employee experience and creating positive change so that organisations can can be effective.

Teresa Boughey, HR influencer

Teresa Boughey, MA Chartered FCIPD is a national award winning commercially versatile board director and non-executive director. Teresa’s experience spans over 25 years and has been gained across FTSE 100 & FTSE 250 companies. She has a proven, consistent track record of working with executive boards and leadership teams to deliver business improvements through and with people and to create inclusive workplace cultures. Teresa has been  nominated for a National Diversity Award in the ‘Gender Positive Role Model’ category. In 2019 Teresa was announced as the ‘Most Influential Businesswoman of Year’ at the Midlands MBBC Award.

Katrina Collier, HR influencer

Katrina Collier is on a mission to energise the human connection between HR, recruiters and hiring managers to better recruitment and the candidate experience. Through facilitation she swiftly gives company deeper insights and actionable outcomes into any barriers preventing a positive recruitment process, and her unique shared-learning Mastermind programme, develops the skills HR & recruiters need to partner effectively with the business and candidates. Based in London, UK, she is a noted global keynote speaker, and host of The Hiring Partner Perspective (Unedited) podcast.

John Amaechi OBE, organisational psychologist and founder, APS

John Amaechi OBE is a respected organisational psychologist, best-selling New York Times author, sought after public speaker, executive coach and CEO of APS Intelligence Ltd. He is a non-executive director of a £2.4bn healthcare organisation, in addition to being a board advisor for several FTSE100 organisations in the financial, legal and professional services, technology, publishing, engineering and retail sectors. In 2019, John was recognised as one of HR’s most influential thinkers by HR Magazine. John is the first Briton to have a career in the NBA.
