Welcome to the HRD Tech Roundup – your one-stop update of everything happening in the world of HR Technology.

The HR Tech world rises to the challenge of COVID-19 again this week, with brand new, targeted solutions from Paychex, SHL, e-days and more.

Key Players Announcements:

  • Greenhouse has announced a collaboration with augmented writing platform Textio, granting users access to both Textio and Greenhouse in the same platform. With no need to switch between platforms, users can make the most of Textio augmented writing technology directly within their Greenhouse dashboard (via HR Technologist).

More HRD Tech News:

  • Paychex and PayActiv, have announced that they are aligning to offer Paychex clients a cash incentive for businesses looking to provide workers with immediate access to their earned wages, while also waiving employee transaction fees. Through an existing partnership with PayActiv, the Paychex Pay-on-Demand solution gives employees access to an amount equal to their net pay via PayActiv’s mobile application (via Yahoo! Finance).
  • FTS Group has announced the launch of Safety Evolved, Australia’s first dedicated workplace health and safety system integrator. The platform delivers modular Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Software as-aService (SaaS) (via HR Technologist).
  • SHL has announced the launch of RemoteWorkQ, the first assessment designed to help companies and their employees adapt to a new and innovative reality, wherein work outside the office is the new normal. RemoteWorkQ will also be available to candidates who are looking for employment (via PR Newswire).
  • Hytch Rewards has announced the launch of Shelter in Place, a new feature in its mobile app. The new feature is designed to encourage behaviour that will limit the spread of the COVID-19, and will also pay daily cash rewards to US residents who are self-quarantined at home (via HR Technologist).

New HR Tech Spotlight

  • e-days has launched a new HR tech tracking software that allows employees to flag that they are in ‘self-isolation’, giving both staff and employer a clearer picture of the impact of coronavirus across the business. The system is also integrated with virtual GP service Doctor Care Anywhere, to refer unwell employees to virtual GP appointments and medical resources, thus helping employees get quicker resolution or advice, and easing pressure on the NHS at this critical time (via Real Wire).
