With the word of work constantly changing around us. Many companies are constantly finding and adapting to technological changes. From flexible working to A.I applications, these are changes to the workforce that we could potentially see more and more of in the following years. With these new technologies and ways of working.
There could also be many challenges that rise for HR, such as adapting to a workforce using advanced technologies. Such as how will HR add value in the following years? While these technologies advance it is crucial for HR to advance people, and recognise what is important for culture in these changing times. Already we are learning valuable lessons already through new technologies.
But another aspect of the future of work is ensuring that all aspects of a multi-generational workforce are being accommodated for, as people are working longer, there need to be processes put in place to ensure that a workplace is accommodating for all different age groups, as well as there being a plan put in place for when people do decide to retire.
