Developing supportive leaders and a strong leadership culture is vital for all organisations, but the fast-changing business world means it has more challenges than ever before.

  • What are the greatest leadership challenges within your organisation?
  • What do you think are the most important development areas for future leaders?
  • How would you describe the difference between ‘managers’ and ‘leaders’?

Have your say on these and other vital questions about leadership culture by taking the second annual Buzzacott HR Directors Poll.

The results of the research will be collated by Buzzacott and shared with participants, as well as presented at the upcoming HRD Summit. They’ll also form part of an interactive session at the HRD Summit, presented by Kimberley Bradshaw, Managing Director of Buzzacott HR Consultancy.
